Delivery time and shipping costs

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will include your order number, which you can use to track the status of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another email with more details about your order. Be sure to check your spam folder as well, as the confirmation email might mistakenly end up there. Haven’t received an email after a working day and checked your spam folder? Feel free to contact us.

Funpartylab delivery service

Orders placed with Funpartylab before 5 p.m. within the Netherlands will be delivered the next working day (except for the Wadden Islands, where delays may occur due to transportation by boat). Orders are safely and swiftly delivered by PostNL. Spend more than €50 in our webshop? Then your order will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

Discreet and anonymous packaging

Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously in plain, unrecognizable packaging, ensuring that no one else knows what you’ve ordered. The only thing on the outside of the package is your delivery address.

Delivery of your order

To receive your order, you must be home on the day of delivery. If you’re not home, your order will usually be redelivered a few times (this depends on the courier). If you’re not home, the delivery person may first attempt to deliver it to a neighbor. If that’s unsuccessful, your package will be taken to the nearest collection point. The courier will always leave a note in your mailbox indicating where your package is. Funpartylab guarantees delivery to the collection point, after which you are responsible for picking it up. Deliveries are generally made from Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00. Since we rely on the courier, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Shipping methods and costs for different countries

Within the Netherlands, you can choose from the following delivery options:

• Mailbox package with track and trace, so you can track your order.
  The cost is: €3.75. If your order exceeds €50, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

For Belgium, you can choose from the following options:

• Mailbox package with track and trace, so you can track your order.
  The cost is: €3.75. For orders over €50, shipping is free within Belgium.

Note: ORDERS OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
